yesterday you told that you want to actually do some exercise so that you feel better about your body right? kata nak pergi cycling ptg-ptg? adik ajak asal malas sangat nak angkat 'ass' tu -.-" sumpah, everytime i open the tv and watch all the beautiful actress that have a wonderful body shape, the first thing that came into my mind was ' aku nak perut dia' damnnnn 0.o macamana ley flat mcmtu sekali. first day of Ramadhan was kinda okay. does not effecting my health at all. Alhamdullilah. it's just that i felt very tired all day long. sort of i can say i slept more hour than i'm awake. lake of oxygen maybe. my body actually easily hydrated. that explain why if you ask.
ESOK, MESTI START CYCLING JUGAK. whatever it takes!

p/s : puasa bukan semata-mata nak kurus, kumpul pahala banyak-banyak, bukan tahun baru je ada azam baru, Ramadhan pun boleh ada azam baru. Alhamdullilah, dah dekat setahun rasa aku tak dekat setahun lebih aku tak dekat dengan perkara yang dah lama aku tinggalkan tuh. insyaALLAH, iman aku masih kuat nak tolak godaan syaitan tu.
